You will have 48 hours from the time we accept the booking to make a payment, or make arrangements with Mobile Game Party for payment if using cash and checks. Set up for your party – we arrive 10 to 20 minutes before your party is to begin. If your event requires us to arrive earlier than 30 minutes prior, a $50 set-up fee will be charged. There is a fuel fee for destinations 20 miles outside 73070.

Mobile Game Party is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect to make bookings and notify clients of specials or events. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.

If payment has not been received within 48 hours of acceptance, out booking software will automatically cancel your reservation. A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Mobile Game Party reservation. Checks and cash are accepted but must be approved by Mobile Game Party. There will be a $50 dollar cancelation fee for all cancelled parties prior to 14 days of your event. If you decide to cancel within 14 days there will be NO REFUND.

If weather conditions pose a threat, your event will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Should inclement weather arise during your event, the event will be suspended and equipment shut down. For the safety of everyone, if the metro area is in a tornado warning prior to your event time, the event will be rescheduled.

We will park in the most level, flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. We usually park in your neighborhood street. You can also divert us to a nearby park, church or parking lot. To ensure the best experience we suggest a location with internet capability. We provide a 100 foot ethernet cable to plug in on site. This increases the number of games accessible on our systems. 

The Purchaser will be liable for any loss, theft or damage to the property belonging to Mobile Game Party caused by the Purchaser or his/her guests.

By booking a party with Mobile Game Party, the purchaser is releasing any photos taken at the event to be used for the promotion of Mobile Game Party..

To ensure the best party experience, we suggest this venue for kids ages 5 and older. Young children who have no experience with video games typically do not enjoy the venue. We ask that guest under 5 be accompanied by an adult.
